Thermography is an alternative printing process that gives a unique and attractive image. Raised Printing is a process that begins as traditional offset printing followed by the application of a fine resin powder to the wet ink. When this resin is heated it expands and binds to the ink forming a raised pattern not unlike the feeling of engraving. After cooling, the job can be cut immediately. Most standard colour cards can be delivered withing 24-48 hours. There is no extra charge for Thermography printing on Business Cards.

Laser Safe Raised Printing is a process that offers you the qualities of raised letter printing that is heat resistant in both laser printers and high speed copiers. BCT offers the option of Laser Safe Raised Printing on all Letterheads and Envelopes. BCT guarantees we deliver the finest in lasersafe thermographed letterhead and envelopes that are both heat and melt resistant. We do not recommend Laser Safe Raised Printing projects with full coverage or Window Envelopes. Please see your price list for additional charge related to Laser Safe Raised Printing.

At BCT we like to bring to market new items that keep your clients in the now. We offer a elegant product line of Laminated items in Soft touch, Scuff free and Gloss Laminate. Adding optional Spot UV and integrating the Soft Touch Laminate creating a exceptional product. If your looking for ultra thick cards we have a 32pt Uncoated card in 2 sizes both business cards and a 2.5 x 2.5 with the option of having painted edges done in a pantone ink colour (non metallic). We even have a Digital Raised Foil offering for those who want that beautiful look that is now available in a competitive price market.

Business card shell/masters are designed so a business can save time and money by preprinting standardized information on a master card run.  Like complex designs or multiple coloured cards ahead of time. The variable information, i.e. name, title, phone numbers, etc., is imprinted on the shells using a standard or customized ink to complete the cards as needed. The benefits of shell runs are tremendous both in savings of 25-50% and with a quicker turnaround of 24-72 hours. BCT inventories the shells at our plant at no additional charge.

Stamps provide a fast, easy way to instruct, inform and identify. Think of all the repetitive writing you do...Company's name, your signature, and address. Then think of all the time you'll save with cost effective quality stamps from BCT. Our high quality self inking stamps give you thousands of impressions without re-inking and are available in a variety of ink colours. Don't forget you can order your bottles of ink from us also. BCT's stamps are competitively priced and have a 48hr production time (in most cases).

BCT has recently installed a Duplo UD300 Rotary Die cutter. This machine is ideal for die cutting repeat orders of custom die cut business cards, invitations, special shaped door hangers and other ongoing repeat orders.
